• Dilution Guidelines: Use a 2% maximal dilution for topical application.
• 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬: musculoskeletal (pain, tension, inflammation, osteoarthritis,
  rheumatic pain), digestive (cramp), wellbeing, skin (acne,dermatitis), mood
  (anxiety, poor memory, stress).

Blending Suggestions:

1. Musculoskeletal: consider blending with lavender, clary sage, sweet marjoram, geranium, ginger, lemongrass, turmeric, nutmeg, cardamom, sweet orange, black pepper
2. Digestive: for relief of cramps,try blending with basil CT linalool, sweet fennel, carrot seed, lime, mandarin, spearmint, ginger.
3. Skin: try blending with rose, helichrysum, lavender, vetiver; and with clary sage and tea tree for acne.
4. Mood: for anxiety, try blending with ylang ylang, rose, patchouli and sandalwood, or citrus oils, for enhancing cognition, try blending with basil, rosemary, cardamom and lemon.

𝟓 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐖𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐓𝐨 𝐔𝐬𝐞:
1. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in diffuser.
2. In your car: Use in our car diffuser or simply apply a few drops to a tissue or cotton ball.
3. Topical Use: Dilute 2% with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
4. Room Mist: Add 18-20 drops per ounce of water in a spray bottle
5. Bath Soak: 10 drops of essential oil per 1-2 cups of Epsom salt
